Want to get fit & healthy? Don’t like the idea of joining a gym? Lost motivation? Why not try one of our Team Fitness Programs.

Our Team Fitness Programs are a great way to get into the habit of regular, enjoyable exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels. It provides a non-intimidating, friendly and very supportive environment, which allows you to achieve your personal goals with the help and encouragement of both your Personal Trainer and other group members.

We offer sessions at several locations throughout Auckland & Manukau - rain or shine. Each program is 2 morning/lunchtime or 2 evening sessions per week for six weeks with new programs starting soon. Why not try out a complimentary session before committing to one of our programs.


Book your place in our of our Team Training outdoor programs. Casual sessions are available but booking is essential.
